• Manage Flexible Work Schedules |

Integra Payroll Master now has a Monthly Scheduler that can accomodate employees with irregular schedule such as compressed workweek. It allows setting up of employee working time and schedule on a per employee, per department or company wide basis. Constantly changing daily schedule is also permitted even with rotating day/night shifts and variable rest days. |

• Improved Security and Audit Trail Feature |

Integra Payroll Master has tighten up its security features. It has users and password policy which validate and monitors users access to the system. It also records and keep tracks of what the user's doing inside the system called audit trail . |

• User Definable Schedule of Government Mandated Deductions |

As a Philippine Payroll sofware, Integra Payroll Master conforms to the latest government labor laws and taxation. Deduction of government mandated deduction such as SSS, PhilHealth and PagIbig can be deducted at any given payroll period. Withholding tax can be deducted every payroll or at the end of the month. |

• Time and Attendance Policy |

Company rules/policy can be set on Time and Attendance module. Such as employees who have incomplete in and out on ther daily time record, a corresponding penalty will be implemented. |
